Work is underway to offer cpd training to all CE members who which to take it up. As well as negotiating discounts with companies such as Tidalfire, negotiations are underway with the Creative Loop, a commercial arm of various colleges across Scotland who provide training for the Creative industries.

With this in mind, the next Creative Exchange will take the form of a taster training day – there will be a tour of Adam Smith College in Glenrothes, to see the training on offer, from webdesign, interactive pdfs, creative photography through to fine art, sound recording and video. members will also get a chance to work on a live project and speak to lecturers in different disciplines.

Because of the link with other colleges, the training can be delivered across Scotland and tailored to particular needs.
